There are numerous mountain climbing options in Cumbria.

Capricorn Mountaineering (015394 44925) based near Windermere offer taster courses in rock climbing but can also offer climbs for more experienced climbers.

Climb 365 (015394 48046) offer climbing courses in the Lake District for all levels for groups and individuals.

Ascent Training (015395 30507) offer courses and climbs for all levels as well as leadership courses. They also offer caving in the Dales.
